This property boasts stunning gardens and uninhibited waterfront views from the three luxury spa suites. Each of the waterfront suites has a large double spa, en suite, private balcony, climate control, and a choice of either a king or queen size bed, as well as TV, DVD player, bar fridge, toaster, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a large common lounge/dining room and balcony which boasts uninhibited water views.
The Garden View Room is furnished with a queen size bed, cafe table and 2 chairs, TV, DVD player, bar fridge, toaster, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. It has an en suite and overlooks the lovely gardens. it does not have a spa or water views, but has the use of the main balcony which has sweeping views of the water and marina.
The property is centrally located, with all major attractions including penguin parade, koala conservation centre and the Phillip Island Racing Circuit only minutes away and all amenties outside your doorstep.

The Phillip Island Pengiun Parade is only minutes away. Every night at dusk these magical little Fairy
Penguins come out of the ocean and return to their nests, get the best seat

Churchill Island Farmers THE BEST IN REGIONAL FRESH FOOD ON THE 4TH SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH 8AM - 12.30PM Whatever the weather we will be there Over 30 stalls all selling fresh and local produce.
The Phillip Island Race Track invites visitors to World Famous Grand Prix Track and either take the seat in a car in the HSV Hot laps, take a guided tour of the circuit, or visit the Motor Racing Historic Display- or all three!
Fishing. The waters around the Island abound in wonderful table fish. Try fishing from the beach, one of the piers or hire a boat.
